Add to your phone · Part 1

iPhone & iPad (Safari)

Add the Mastermind Weekend app to your home screen so it opens full-screen like a native app.

Open in Safari

Open the Safari browser and go to the app link your host shared (it ends in base44.app). Use Safari — Chrome on iPhone can’t add a true app icon.

Tap the Share button

Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (a square with an upward arrow).

Choose “Add to Home Screen”

Scroll the share sheet down and tap Add to Home Screen (a square with a plus).

Tap “Add”

Rename it if you like, then tap Add. The app icon now appears on your home screen.

Open like an app

Tap the icon to launch the Mastermind Weekend app — no browser bars, full screen.

Android (Chrome)

Add the app to your home screen or app drawer from the Chrome browser.

Open in Chrome

Open the Chrome browser and go to the app link your host shared.

Open the menu

Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

Tap “Add to Home screen”

Choose Add to Home screen (or Install app if prompted).

Confirm “Add” / “Install”

Name it if prompted, then tap Add or Install.

Open like an app

The icon appears on your home screen and in your app drawer — tap it to launch full screen.

Getting started

How to enroll

Enrollment creates your login and builds your profile so you show up in the Bestie Directory.

Open the Enroll page

From the login screen, tap Enroll. (Use the link your host emailed, or the “Enroll” link on the login page.)

About you

Add your first and last name, a preferred name, and your Cohort (your graduating class).

Set up your login

Enter your email, phone, and a password (6+ characters), then confirm it. This becomes your sign-in.

Networking details

Add your industry, company, title, and social links. Toggle Show my phone in the directory only if you want it public.

Logistics

Add dietary needs, health conditions (optional), emergency contact, t-shirt size, where you’re staying, and your arrival/departure dates.

Enroll & create login

Tap Enroll & create login. We’ll email a 6-digit verification code.

Verify your email

Enter the code from your email and tap Verify & finish. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

You’ll be returned to the login screen — sign in with your new email and password to enter the app.

Tip: You can update your profile anytime — open the Bestie Directory, find your card, and tap Edit my card to add a headshot or change details.

Home, Schedule & Directory

Your day-to-day inside the app.

Home dashboard

Your personalized landing page. See urgent announcements up top, your next upcoming events, and the latest updates from your hosts.

Schedule

Events are grouped by day. Sessions that need a headcount show an RSVP button — tap to reserve your spot; tap again to cancel. Times and locations are listed for every session.

Bestie Directory

Search by name, industry, or company. Each card shows title, company, industry, social links, and cohort. On your own card, tap Add headshot or Edit my card to keep your info current.

Announcements

Hosts post updates here; urgent ones are pinned to the top of your Home page and emailed to the audience. Check back often during the weekend.

Key features · Part 2

Bestie Banter & Shared Gallery

Connect and share the weekend.

Bestie Banter (chat)

Chat in channels or start a DM with an attendee. Type @admin to notify the host team or @everyone to notify the whole group. New messages bump a channel’s unread count.

Shared Gallery

Add a caption, then Upload photos or videos (up to 50 MB per image, 100 MB per video). Tap any photo to view it full screen, and use the Share link to upload from another device. You can delete your own uploads anytime.

Privacy at a glance

Your email is never shown to other attendees.
Your phone shows in the directory only if you opt in.
Health & emergency info is visible to hosts only and access is logged.

Need help? Message a host in Bestie Banter using @admin, or tap Forgot password? on the login screen to reset your sign-in.
