Add to your phone · Part 1

iPhone & iPad (Safari)

Add the Mastermind Weekend app to your home screen so it opens full-screen like a native app.

Open in Safari

Open the Safari browser and go to the app link your host shared (it ends in base44.app). Use Safari — Chrome on iPhone can’t add a true app icon.

Tap the Share button

Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (a square with an upward arrow).

Choose “Add to Home Screen”

Scroll the share sheet down and tap Add to Home Screen (a square with a plus).

Tap “Add”

Rename it if you like, then tap Add. The app icon now appears on your home screen.

Open like an app

Tap the icon to launch the Mastermind Weekend app — no browser bars, full screen.

Android (Chrome)

Add the app to your home screen or app drawer from the Chrome browser.

Open in Chrome

Open the Chrome browser and go to the app link your host shared.

Open the menu

Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

Tap “Add to Home screen”

Choose Add to Home screen (or Install app if prompted).

Confirm “Add” / “Install”

Name it if prompted, then tap Add or Install.

Open like an app

The icon appears on your home screen and in your app drawer — tap it to launch full screen.

Getting started

How to enroll

Enrollment creates your login and builds your profile so you show up in the Bestie Directory.

Open the Enroll page

From the login screen, tap Enroll. (Use the link your host emailed, or the “Enroll” link on the login page.)

About you

Add your first and last name, a preferred name, and your Cohort from the dropdown (1.0–6.6). If you're an active mentee or an alum, follow the note next to the cohort field.

Set up your login

Enter your email, phone, and a password (6+ characters), then confirm it. This becomes your sign-in.

Networking details

Add your industry, company, title, and social links. Toggle Show my phone in the directory only if you want it public.

Logistics & sessions

Add dietary needs, health conditions (optional), emergency contact, t-shirt size, where you’re staying, and your arrival/departure dates. Then check off the sessions you plan to attend — at least one session is required to finish enrolling.

Enroll & create login

Tap Enroll & create login. We’ll email a 6-digit verification code.

Verify your email

Enter the code from your email and tap Verify & finish. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

You’ll be returned to the login screen — sign in with your new email and password to enter the app.

Tip: You can update your profile anytime — open the Bestie Directory, find your card, and tap Edit my card to add a headshot or change details.

Invited by your host? If you received an invitation email, tap Create your login on the login screen. Enter the email you were invited with and a password, then confirm with the 6-digit code we email you — no need to fill the enrollment form again.

Face ID sign-in: On iPhone, tap Continue with Apple on the login screen to sign in with a Face ID scan — or save your password on your first login and iPhone will offer Face ID automatically every time after.

Home, Schedule & Directory

Your day-to-day inside the app.

Home dashboard

Your personalized landing page. See urgent announcements up top, your next upcoming events, and the latest updates from your hosts. A small weather widget in the top corner shows today's forecast — symbol plus high and low temperatures — for your area if you allow location access, or for the event's host city if you skip it. On phones it appears as a small chip in the corner — tap it for the 5-day forecast popup. (Hosts can turn the weather widget off for their event.)

Schedule

Events are grouped by day. Sessions that need a headcount show an RSVP button — tap to reserve your spot; tap again to cancel. Times and locations are listed for every session. Hosts choose the order — past events rotate to the bottom so the next event is always at the top.

Bestie Directory

Search by name, industry, or company. Each card shows title, company, industry, social links, and cohort — including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. On your own card, tap Add headshot or Edit my card to keep your info current — use the + button to add multiple accounts on any platform. When you add a headshot, a preview opens where you can drag and zoom to frame the photo exactly as it appears in the circle on your card.

Announcements

Hosts post updates here; urgent ones are pinned to the top of your Home page and emailed to the audience. Check back often during the weekend.

Hotels & Travel

Recommended places to stay — photos, amenities, distance from the session venues, and live "starting at" nightly rates. Tap the green Travis bubble to chat with your AI travel concierge — ask which hotel is closest to the venue or who has the lowest rate — then book directly with the in-app booking window.

Resources

Everything your speakers share — documents, links, and products — in one place. Tap Open to open a document or link in your device's browser, and use the filter chips to browse just documents, links, or products.

Bestie Banter & Shared Gallery

Connect and share the weekend.

Bestie Banter (chat)

Chat in channels or start a DM with an attendee. Type @admin to notify the host team or @everyone to notify the whole group. New messages bump a channel’s unread count.

Shared Gallery

Add a caption, then Upload photos or videos (up to 50 MB per image, 100 MB per video). Tap any photo to view it full screen, and use the Share link to upload from another device. To keep any photo or video, tap Select, choose your favorites, then tap Save to device — on iPhone or Android pick Save to Photos in the share sheet; on a computer the files download straight to your downloads folder. You can delete your own uploads anytime. Big video? No worries — anything over 100 MB uploads automatically to the event's Google Drive and still shows up right here in the gallery.

Privacy at a glance

Your email shows on your directory card by default — a business email if you set one, otherwise your login email. Toggle it off anytime with Hide my email in the Edit profile form.
Your phone shows in the directory only if you opt in.
You're logged out automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity — just log back in to continue.
Health & emergency info is visible to hosts only and access is logged.
